The Opportunity

We’re opening up a brand new role at Blackbird.

This is not a desk job.
This is about getting out there, opening doors, and bringing new customers into the business.

For the next 6 months, we’re looking for someone to own and grow our wholesale accounts — cafés, offices, partners, anyone who should be serving Blackbird but isn’t yet.

The role designed for someone ready to step up commercially and prove what they can do.

The Role

  • Drive new wholesale business from scratch
  • Identify, approach and win new accounts
  • Build relationships with local businesses and partners
  • Work closely with Head Office and Production (CPU)
  • Turn conversations into live, trading accounts
What Success Looks Like
  • New accounts opened and trading
  • Strong, consistent sales from those accounts
  • Clear pipeline of future opportunities

This role is about results, not activity.

Pay & Incentive

  • £15 per hour
  • 2 days per week - Max 16 hours
  • + 3% commission on total sales from each new account
    • Paid every 3 months
