As an Events Sales Manager at Beaverbrook and Beaverbrook Town House, you’ll be at the heart of crafting unforgettable experiences. You’ll lead the events sales and planning team, implement the event sales strategy, guiding each event from initial enquiry to seamless execution. Building lasting relationships with clients, you’ll be responsible for creating tailored proposals, managing event logistics, and ensuring every detail is perfectly executed. Collaborating with all departments to ensure the event comes to life just as the client envisions, while maintaining the high standards expected of a luxury property. With a passion for delivering exceptional service, you’ll handle client communications with expertise, demonstrating initiative and taking ownership of the client journey every step of the way.

Who you are:

• Specific Skills Experience of booking systems. Ideally experience in Opera Cloud, OpenTable and Res Diary preferred
• Excellent phone handling and client management with the ability to use initiative and take ownership of the client journey
• Experience required in events planning in a similar standard of luxury property, including corporate events, retreats, offsites, parties and weddings
• Knowledge of the hospitality and events industry required
• Passionate for creating memorable and lasting memories for their guests and understand the expectations of a luxury property
