Description

Are you a people-person with a passion for organisation, detail, and all things HR? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment where no two days are the same? If so, we’d love to welcome you to the HR team at Beaverbrook – where elegance meets energy and every colleague matters.

We’re on the lookout for a proactive, highly organised, and people-focused HR Coordinator to keep our team running like clockwork. This is the perfect next step for someone with HR administrative experience who’s ready to grow their career in a luxury hospitality setting.

What You'll Be Doing:

As our HR Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to support for our HR Business Partners and Line Managers—helping to keep everything running smoothly across recruitment, employee relations, and daily HR operations.

You’ll play a vital role in:

  • Supporting end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a smooth and professional experience for candidates and managers.
  • Assisting with employee relations matters by preparing documentation and coordinating key meetings.
  • Managing HR documentation and records with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensuring all HR activities are completed efficiently and on time, from new starter paperwork to family leave processes.
  • Acting as a reliable point of contact for HR queries and maintaining consistent communication with internal teams.

Who You Are:

  • You’ve got experience in HR administration or coordination (hospitality or luxury service is a plus!)
  • You’re warm, approachable, and can handle confidential matters with total professionalism.
  • Organisation is your superpower – and you never miss a detail.
  • You're confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and bonus points if you know your way around HR systems like Fourth.
  • Your CIPD qualified or working towards it or looking to achieve it with our support.

Salary: £28,000 per annum plus tronc

Shift Pattern: This position consists of 40 hours per week.

At Beaverbrook, we don’t just offer a job – we offer a place where your contribution truly counts, your development is supported, and your passion for people is celebrated.
