Description
As a Night Kitchen Porter, you will provide a high standard & quality service of an overall and indept level of cleaning & sanitation across all kitchens on the estate.
The Role
- Deep cleaning and sanitization of all kitchen units, benches, behind units, stores, shelving, walls, ovens, windows, fixtures, fittings, canopies, stoves, bins all kitchen areas and equipment.
- To understand all systems and COSHH before using any chemicals or cleaning substances.
- To ensure the daily and nightly Estate kitchens cleaning and sanitation check list is adhered to and followed precisely, as directed by the SOC/Kitchen Manager, checked and signed off at the end of every shift
Shift Pattern
- This is a casual position, where you may work up to 40 hours per week.
- The suitable candidate must be flexible in working any day of the week, including weekends and bank holidays.
- The hours for this position will typically consist of 10pm-7am.
Salary: Up to £12.92 per hour plus tronc
