• Prepare & Present: Create high-quality, beautiful sushi dishes with precision, artistry, and an attention to detail.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure the highest food safety and hygiene standards are always met.
• Team Player: Be an integral part of a dynamic kitchen team, working harmoniously to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
• Stay Ahead: Keep up to date with the latest culinary trends and techniques, consistently pushing the boundaries of sushi excellence.

Who you are:

• Experienced: Proven experience as a Sushi Chef, ideally within a 5* luxury environment.
• Skilled: Exceptional knife skills and a deep understanding of sushi preparation and presentation.
• Team-Oriented: Ability to work well within a team, as well as independently.
• Passionate: A genuine passion for the culinary arts, always striving to create beautiful, memorable dishes.
• Detail-Driven: A keen eye for detail and presentation, with a focus on producing dishes that delight the senses

Shift Pattern:

• This position will be working 45 hours per week, working any 5 days out of 7 including evenings and weekends.
