Beaverbrook is a carefully curated collection of two luxury hotels; our estate surrounded by the Surrey Hills and our urban Town House in central London. You'll be located in Leatherhead within the heart of the brand, set amidst 400 acres of beautiful, privately owned countryside.
As part of our Culinary Department, you’ll be joining as our Night Baker, responsible for producing high quality baked goods to meet service and production needs across the hotel. You will ensure consistency, creativity, and excellence in all products while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.
The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of laminated doughs, fermented doughs, bread, sourdoughs and vienoisserie, however for the right candidate, we will provide the necessary training.

Salary: From £29,000 - £32,000 per annum depending on experience, plus tronc.
