The Role
Our Assistant Restaurant Manager will to lead our restaurant team to deliver an
exceptional, seamless experience for our visitors throughout their food and
beverage experience in The House at Beaverbrook. This is a fantastic
opportunity for someone who is passionate about hospitality, excellence,
customer service and the world of food & beverage.
Reporting to the Food and Beverage Manager, this role will oversee the day to day operations of The
Coach House Deli and will be responsible for
our guests and employees.
You will organise the operation, plan effectively, train our outstanding team
and support in managing the restaurant to achieve all of its targets in sales,
costs, guest service and satisfaction.
The person
You will have good experience of working within a similar restaurant. You will thrive of delivering to high standards and
have experience of successfully leading, inspiring, and motivating your team to
do the same. Having the ability to develop the team on the products, menu
contents, ingredients and to enhance the guest experience will be a daily
focus.
You will represent Beaverbrook through your presence, personal presentation and
excellent communication skills, for your very first day.
