The Role
As the Events Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for running seemless events, ensuring an outstanding experience for visiting members and guests.
Shift Pattern
- 40 hour week, the ideal candidate will be flexible in working any 5 days out of 7.
- The typical hours for this position may consist of: 07:00-16:00 or 12:00-22:00, with availability for later events where required.
The Person
- Great attention to detail, efficient and responsible, focused on guest-satisfaction and staff well-being.
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team to deliver a seamless, memorable guest experience.
- Immaculately presented with exceptional communication skills.
- Experience in a five-star establishment, in a similar role.
Salary: Up to £29,400 per annum plus tronc
