Beaverbrook is a collection of two luxury hotels; our estate surrounded by the Surrey Hills and our Town House in central London. The Coach House Health Club and Spa inspired by the English countryside, offers a relaxing, warm and tranquil environment.
From super-food salads and cold pressed juices, to sweet treats and a delicious variety of flatbreads, baked in our traditional stone pizza oven. The menu at The Coach House Deli changes daily but always features fresh, seasonal ingredients, many of which are picked that very morning from our kitchen gardens.
The Role
As the Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of The Deli, ensuring an outstanding experience for visiting members and guests.
Shift Pattern
- 40 hour week, the ideal candidate will be flexible in working any 5 days out of 7.
- The typical hours for this position may consist of: 07:00-15:30, 08:00-16:00 and 11:00-22:30.
The Person
- Great attention to detail, efficient and responsible, focused on guest-satisfaction and staff well-being.
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team to deliver a seamless, memorable guest experience.
- Immaculately presented with exceptional communication skills.
- Experience in a five-star establishment, in a similar role.
Salary: £26,400 per annum plus tronc
