We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage Administrator. Who will be responsible for assisting the Director of Operations, Food and Beverage Manager and Culinary teams by carrying out administrative and support duties.

We are looking for a hospitality professional, who wants to explore the back of house elements of hospitality, whilst being prepared to step in and help with any front of house requirements, to support our service.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Organise, prepare and attend relevant meetings with the Department Managers and support by taking actions.
  • Assist the Department Managers with System administration including department rotas, the recording of holidays and absences.
  • Complete menu formatting and spell checking for all menus on the Estate ready for sign-off including for any bespoke/events menus.
  • Working with the Department Managers to ensure control procedures and compliance deadlines are met.
  • Deliver the welcome induction, orientation, and manager introductions for new F&B starters, ensuring they are all properly uniformed from their first day.

Who you are:

  • You’ll have a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and organisation is essential. The ability to analyse data, would also be an advantage.
  • Self-initiating, always looking for ways in which to support and drive efficiencies throughout the department.
  • Computer literate; proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Adobe Suite. Experience with Fourth, ResDiary and Resort Suite would be beneficial, but not essential.
  • You’ll have the confidence to deal with all members of the team, regardless of status.
  • Previous experience in F&B Operations is required.

Shift Pattern:

  • This position will consist of 40 hours per week.
  • The hours for this role will typically consist of: Monday-Friday, 09:00-17:30, with some variation dependant upon business needs. 
Salary: £29,000 per annum plus tronc
