The Role

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for the smooth operation of our restaurant, ensuring an outstanding experience for visiting members and guests.

Shift Pattern 

  • 40 hour week, the ideal candidate will be flexible in working any 5 days out of 7. 
  • The typical hours for this position may consist of: 07:00-15:30 or 15:00-01:00. 

The Person

  • Great attention to detail, efficient and responsible, focused on guest-satisfaction and staff well-being
  • Ability to lead and motivate a small team to deliver a seamless, memorable guest experience
  • Immaculately presented with exceptional communication skills
  • Experience in a five-star establishment, in a similar role

Salary: £26,667 per annum plus Tronc
