The House, charmingly reflects the guests and characters who floated amongst the rooms throughout the 1900s.

The Dining Room, our Japanese Grill restaurant, offers a casually elegant dining experience, featuring a modern approach to Japanese cuisine.

Offering delicately flavoured selections of sushi, sashimi, and nigiri plus the finest cuts of meat and fish from our Josper grill.

The Role

  • Ensuring service is performed at a professional standard, at all times.
  • Keeping employees well informed of restaurant goals, budgets and standards.
  • Obtaining feedback from guests and sharing this with the Restaurant Management and Chefs, in order to improve service.
  • To be consistently aware and promote all services offered at Beaverbrook.
  • Ensuring the billing procedure is thorough and accurate for each guest.

The Person

  • Great attention to detail, efficient and responsible, focused on guest-satisfaction and staff well-being.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a small team to deliver a seamless, memorable guest experience.
  • Immaculately presented with exceptional communication skills.
  • Experience in a five-star establishment, in a similar role.

Shift Pattern

  • 40 hour week, the ideal candidate will be flexible in working any 5 days out of 7.
  • The typical hours for this position may consist of: 06:45-17:00, 11:30-22:00, 11:30-01:00 or 15:00-01:00, with some variation dependent upon business needs.

Salary: Up to £31,644.30 per annum including tronc.
