Description: 

The Assistant Night Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety and wellbeing of guests throughout the night across the Estate. Reporting to the Night Manager, you will support the smooth and efficient nightly operation by attending to guest needs, overseeing the night team, and completing all required night procedures in accordance with company standards.  

The Role: 

  • Assist guests with luggage handling and storage, as required. 
  • Delivering requested items to guests promptly and efficiently.
  • Complete out of hours maintenance requests, where required. 
  • Act as a fire marshall, responsible for fire evacuations whilst on shift. 
  • Managing late-night guest enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

  • A strong communicator and multitasker
  • Hands‑on with a positive, solutions‑driven approach
  • Experienced in luxury hospitality in a supervisory or managerial role, is essential.

Shift Pattern:

5 nights out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays.

The shift times for the position are 22:45 – 7:15

Salary: £32,760 per annum, plus tronc
