  • Assisting guests with their luggage, ensuring it is transported and stored with care throughout their stay.
  • Showing guests to their rooms, helping them settle in and ensuring they are comfortable.
  • Providing safe and comfortable transport around the Estate in our buggies.
  • Valet parking guests’ vehicles with care and confidence.
  • Sharing information about the Estate, our restaurants, Spa, activities and facilities, helping to shape each guest’s experience.
  • Setting up and assisting with guest activities, ensuring everything is ready and guests have what they need.
  • Helping to ensure the Estate is always beautifully presented, taking pride in guest areas and being quick to spot anything that needs attention.
  • Assisting with additional guest requests and tasks as they arise.
  • Working to LQA standards and contributing to the high standards of service we deliver.
  • Working occasional shifts at our Welcome Hut, greeting and directing guests as they arrive at the Estate.
