ABOUT OUR RESTAURANT
Now open in the South Lake Union neighborhood, The Butcher’s Table provides an unparalleled culinary experience with an innovative menu featuring our own Mishima Reserve Wagyu beef. The restaurant will also feature an onsite butcher shop offering uncommon specialty cuts and a lively bar scene. We are a fine dining restaurant with a contemporary edge, looking to push the traditional dining experience toward the future -- grilling, smoking, fun presentation. Please be as passionate as we are about providing an incredible dining and service experience.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a charming Director of First Impressions to be the first point of contact when our clients arrive at our beautiful space. We want to create a dazzling start to our patrons' memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for greeting guests and guiding them to their tables. We have full-time and part-time positions available.
REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent people and communication skills
• A positive, “can-do” attitude
• Able and willing to learn a variety of aspects of the restaurant business
• Past customer service related experience desired. Restaurant experience is a plus
