Bella Italia is looking for a Brand Executive to join the Marketing Team. This role will be working closely with the Digital team and the Local Marketing team.
Key Tasks
- Own, coordinate and implement national marketing activity calendar in line with the Strategic Marketing Plan, within budget, and meeting objectives of sales and profit growth
- Ensure all central and onsite marketing and promotional collateral is ‘on brand’ and in line with the Bella Italia brand values
- Drive use of digital and social media marketing channels as part of B2C strategy
- To rollout effective marketing communications to Ops Directors, Ops Managers, sites and Support Centre.
- Create B2C content across all digital channels
- Maintain relationships with existing partners and meet sponsorship acquisition targets
- Build and foster strong working relationships with Operations team; regularly spending days out in the business (minimum of one day a fortnight with Area Managers) with Area Managers and Operations Directors to ensure all marketing activities have operations support.
- Responsible for briefing of the tills to the systems team for all menu launches
- To work closely with the Ops team to ensure the desired brand experience is executed
- To manage the TOV for all communications and ensure communication of the brand is consistent externally + internally
- Conduct regular pricing reviews, and support Head of Brand in pricing strategy implementation
- Manage marketing spend to budget with analysis and evaluation of campaign data.
- Keep abreast of industry developments and environmental and sustainability issues which affect/benefit the brand strategy.
Knowledge, skills and experience:
- Excellent project management skills and an ability to effectively communicate at all levels internally & externally
- At least 1 experience in a Marketing/Brand management role preferably in the restaurant/ hospitality industry. Restaurant operational experience helpful but not mandatory.
- IT experience particularly Microsoft Office
- Enthusiastic + motivating with a good sense of humour
- Ability to work flexibly according to the needs of the business
- Approachable and able to inspire others with a clear passion for Bella Italia
