We’re looking for a passionate and motivated Team Leader to join our team! In this role, you'll work both as a server and take on key responsibilities, including opening and closing shifts to support the management team. Once fully trained, you’ll also have the opportunity to run shifts independently as a fully trained Supervisor.

 As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for: 

• Opening and securely closing the building in line with company standards.
• Help prepare for service, working closely with the Management Team and helping run the shifts.
• Be great at building rapport and being a point of contact for the team members, both back and front of house.
•  Be obsessed with customer service and delighting each one of our guests.
•  Be used to working in a fast paced, upbeat environment, where the floor is your stage!
