As a General Manager, you will be responsible for:  

• Delivering consistent and memorable service time after time to our guests.
• Be a brand ambassador.
• Striving to achieve and improve the brand and restaurant goals.
• Creating a fun and motivating team environment, focusing on developing internal talent.
• Ensuring the restaurant is safe and legal.
• Being commercially aware and understanding how decisions impact the wider business.
