The role of Floor Manager:

  • Helping the senior management to lead the restaurant team during busy services
  • Ensuring that all company standards are adhered to

  • An integral part of the management team, with designated responsibilities

  • Superior levels of product knowledge
  • A basic level of financial awareness, cost control and payroll management
  • A proficient level of knowledge in Health & Food Safety
