Pastry Chef – Join the Team at Belle Epoque Patisserie

Belle Epoque Patisserie is looking for a passionate and creative Pastry Chef to join our growing team. We are seeking someone who takes pride in their craft, has strong attention to detail, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Preparing a variety of pastries and baked goods, including dough preparation, fillings, proofing, baking, and decoration.
  • Following daily production schedules to ensure fresh, high-quality products are available each day.
  • Preparing and presenting products according to recipes and company standards.
  • Using baking equipment and tools safely and efficiently.
  • Maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
  • Monitoring food quality, consistency, and portion control.
  • Checking equipment and food temperatures and reporting any issues promptly.
  • Working collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth and organised operation.

  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Previous pastry or bakery experience is preferred.

  • Five days per week, including weekends
