Job description
Role: Lodge Reception Manager
Resort: Belton Woods Lodges
Salary: £22,000 per annul (depending on experience & to be discussed at interview)
Hours: Full Time 40 hours including weekends. Hours between 8am-6pm
Relationships: Receptionists, Housekeepers, Maintenance & Grounds staff

Surrounded by soaring church spires and secluded villages, the resort is ideal for visitors who want the perfect base for exploring both the local surroundings. The luxury two- and three-bedroom lodges are dotted amongst 475 acres of tranquil woodland. Each is tastefully decorated in a timeless yet distinctive style!

The ideal candidate
• Previous Reception & Management experience – minimum of x1 year
• Attention to detail to ensure the 5-star standard of service is delivered
• Ability to effectively interact with lead staff and guests in a professional manner
• A good team ethic throughout the working environment
• To be well presented and represent a high standard of competence at all times
