Kickstart - Front of House Team Member

Description

The Kickstart Front of House will consistently deliver the Benugo difference to all customers through providing high-quality service & product knowledge whilst applying health & safety practices and standards, and control of stock and wastage levels


General duties are:


  • Serving food from the counter
  • Deliver food orders to customers to their tables
  • Make coffee, tea 
  • Collect payments and put them through the till system
  • Ensuring the café is fully stocked
  • Consistently demonstrate and apply health, safety and hygiene standards
  • Maintain high standards of punctuality, attendance and personal presentation
  • Support the wider team through proactive teamwork and cooperation
  • Attending any training and or meetings as required by the company

Who we are looking for:

Experience isn’t essential, as full training will be provided. However, a smile, dedication to exceeding customer expectations, and being a great team player are essentials
