We're opening the doors in September to our brand-new care home, Berkshire Manor, and are looking for an enthusiastic, creative Chef to join us on this exciting journey from the very beginning. This is a fantastic opportunity to put your stamp on a new kitchen, help shape dining experiences, and become a valued member of a growing team dedicated to delivering exceptional care and hospitality.

Berkshire Manor will offer residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care across 72 private en-suite rooms, with state-of-the-art facilities designed to deliver exceptional care and comfort.

• Preparing fresh, nutritious, and appetising meals for our residents.
• Creating seasonal meals that cater for a variety of dietary needs.
• Maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and safety.
• Working closely with the care team to ensure residents enjoy a first-class dining experience.
• Bringing creativity, warmth, and energy to every mealtime.

• With at least two years of catering experience, strong communication skills, and solid knowledge of food regulations, therapeutic diets, and textured diets, you’ll thrive in our supportive and structured environment.
• A genuine passion for great food and excellent service.
• Knowledge of dietary requirements and food safety standards.
• A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit.
• Care home experience is welcome but not essential.
