Berkshire Manor will offer residential, nursing, dementia, and respite care across 72 private en-suite rooms, with state-of-the-art facilities designed to deliver exceptional care and comfort.
Are you energetic, creative, and passionate about bringing joy to others? We’re looking for a talented individual to join our team and help create fun, meaningful, and engaging experiences for our residents. From games and crafts to music sessions and exciting outings, you’ll play a key role in delivering activities that enrich daily life and promote well‑being. In this rewarding role, you’ll help plan and
deliver a vibrant programme of activities that enrich daily life for our
residents. You'll support the
organisation of key events, encourage residents to build confidence in social
settings, and develop new activity ideas based on their personal hobbies and
interests. Whether you’re organising a group craft session, leading musical
activities, supporting an art or knitting club, or inspiring residents one‑to‑one,
you’ll bring warmth, creativity, and genuine kindness to everything you do.
We’re looking for someone with experience supporting vulnerable individuals, ideally with a background in designing or delivering activity programmes. A love for music, plenty of creativity, and the confidence to run both group and 1‑2‑1 sessions are essential. You’ll need excellent organisational, planning, and IT skills, along with basic photography abilities and the capacity to manage your time effectively. Above all, your positive energy, compassion, and ability to build strong relationships will help residents feel supported and empowered.
