Experienced restaurant server

Requirements: 

• Provide our guests with an outstanding dining experience through great customer service and interpersonal skills. This includes greeting all guests as they arrive, taking orders, having an understanding of our menu to offer recommendations, and always keeping a positive, up-beat demeanor.

• Maintain highest quality standards according to company policies and NYC health and safety regulations. 

• Work well in a fast paced environment as a member of a team. 

• Communicate effectively with other staff members and guests. 

• Maintain a sense of urgency at all times and take initiative. 

• Deal with customer complaints or problems with a positive attitude.

• Be dedicated to our customers, our brand and each other. 

Qualifications:

• Previous work experience in a restaurant environment preferred

• Customer service oriented. Attentiveness and patience.

• Problem solving skills

• Responsible, dependable and punctual. 

• Attention to cleanliness and safety. Food safety certification will be a plus. 

• Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time. 

• Ability to lift up to 35lbs

• Basic math skills 

• Flexible/open availability 

Compensation: 

All Beyond Sushi servers and counter staff start at the NYC Hospitality minimum wage of $10.00/hour plus tips.
