Our ‘Squires’ Restaurant provides a completely modern dining experience. Our eclectic menus attract a wide and travelled clientele, using only the finest seasonal ingredients and wherever possible sourcing all our products locally. The Position
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team at our 2 AA Rosette Squires Restaurant at Bedford Lodge Hotel. This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring chef to develop their skills in a high-quality culinary environment, working alongside experienced chefs dedicated to delivering exceptional food and service.
As a Commis Chef, you will support the kitchen brigade in the preparation and presentation of fresh, seasonal dishes to the highest standards. You will gain hands-on experience across various sections of the kitchen while maintaining excellent food hygiene, organisation, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for food, a willingness to learn, and the drive to progress within a professional hospitality setting.
