  Job Description Job Description We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Front of House Team Member to join our team As a Front of House Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. 

 Duties: 
• Greet in a friendly and professional manner 
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently 
• Enter orders into the POS system 
• Upsell menu items and promotions to increase sales 
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area 
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy 
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders Skills: 
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively 
• Proficiency in using the POS system or similar point-of-sale software 
• Strong upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities 
• Knowledge of basic math for accurate order taking and bill calculation 
• Familiarity with the food industry and culinary terminology 
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
