We are looking for an Hourly Manager who thrives in a high-energy, "all hands on deck" environment. At Taco Social, leadership isn't just about oversight—it’s about jumping into the mix. You’ll lead a team where everyone—including you—is responsible for bartending, greeting, packaging takeout, running food, and keeping the energy high.
Who You Are
- A Natural Leader: You possess a dynamic, mature personality and the confidence to lead a fast-paced FOH team.
- A Hospitality Pro: You have a genuine passion for food and beverage culture, with a solid grasp of craft cocktails, beer, and wine.
- Growth-Minded: You’re looking for an opportunity with a company built for fast growth and future expansion.
- Adaptable: You enjoy a "no task is too small" culture and can pivot from the POS to the bar rail without missing a beat.
The Requirements
- Open and flexible availability (including nights, weekends, and holidays).
- Food Handler & ABC Responsible Beverage Server certifications.
- Confident knowledge of craft bar operations and industry trends.
