We are entering an exciting phase of growth and are seeking a dynamic, high-energy General Manager. With high-profile openings planned across Los Angeles and Orange County, we are looking for a leader who can maintain our high standards of excellence .
As General Manager, you will oversee all daily operations, ensuring that every guest receives the "thoughtful hospitality" we are known for. You will be responsible for:
Leadership: Mentor and develop a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
Financial Management: Drive financial results by managing labor, COGS, and operational expenses without compromising quality.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager (AGM) in a high-volume, full-service, or upscale-casual environment.
Experience with P&L management and team development.
Strong knowledge of cocktail and dining trends.
Experience with new restaurant openings is a plus.
Exceptional communication skills and a "guest-first" mentality.
Competitive salary ($90–$100k) based on experience.
