The Opportunity:

We are seeking energetic, hospitality-driven General Managers (GMs) and Assistant General Managers (AGMs) who possess kindness, curiosity, integrity, and grit. If you have a passion for building teams from the ground up, executing flawless new restaurant openings, and managing high-volume operations, this is an exceptional opportunity to grow your career with an established, supportive hospitality group.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive Base Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 for GMs (DOE) / Competitive market rates for AGMs

• Performance Incentives: Quarterly Bonus Program

Key Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Leadership & Culture: 3–5 years of progressive management experience in a high-volume, full-service environment. Experience with New Restaurant Openings is a major plus. You must have a proven track record of recruiting, training, and inspiring a team of 40+ members with an infectious, positive attitude.

• Hospitality & Expertise: Outstanding guest-relation skills with a deep knowledge of food, wine, craft cocktail culture, and current industry trends.

• Operational Drive: Exceptional organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. You thrive under pressure, possess strong financial/P&L acumen, and handle high-volume service seamlessly.

• Flexibility: Full availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Systems & Tech Stack Proficiency:

• POS: Toast POS

• Reservations: OpenTable

• Back Office/Financials: CTUIT Radar, Xtra Chef, P&L Reviews

• Productivity: Word, Excel, Google Workspace, Xenia Checklists
