Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: – London Hybrid Working / Support Office near Oxford Circus (2–3 days per week)

The Big Table Group is home to over 200 restaurants across iconic brands including Las Iguanas, Bella Italia, Amalfi, Frankie & Benny’s, Chiquito’s, Banana Tree and more.
We’re on the lookout for a Digital Marketing Manager!
You’ll lead the brand’s digital strategy, ensuring a consistent presence across web, social, and email. You’ll deliver an ‘always-on’ plan that drives accuracy, boosts awareness, builds engagement, and ultimately converts audiences into bookings. Ensure all digital activity reflects the brand’s essence and vision, strengthens customer engagement, drives bookings, and builds loyalty—keeping our brands at the forefront of the digital space.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll own strategy across web, social, email, and CRM, driving awareness, engagement, and bookings while keeping our brand voice consistent and compelling.
- Maximise in-restaurant tech and digital tools to deliver real value.
- Analyse trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to shape strategy.
- Measure, optimise, and amplify digital campaigns for maximum impact and ROI.
- Lead brand-aligned campaigns, always-on social content, website UX improvements, SEO, and localised content.
- Test, learn, and innovate to push digital boundaries and keep the brand ahead.
- Manage budgets, external agencies, and internal teams to deliver flawless execution.
- Coach and develop marketing colleagues and Social Media Champions to execute the plan effectively.
- Collaborate with wider brand and group teams to share best practice and drive digital innovation.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a skilled digital marketing professional with:
- 2+ years of management experience in marketing and communications.
- Hands-on experience or knowledge of PPC, SEO, web, mobile, social media, and email (training can be provided for gaps).
- Ability to develop content marketing strategies that drive digital engagement and growth.
- Experience creating user-focused content and mapping effective customer journeys.
- Budget management experience with a focus on optimising ROI.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, paired with strong copywriting.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and AdWords; Photoshop and InDesign are a plus but not essential.
