Location: Hybrid Working  2-3 days Support Office Central London (5 minutes from Oxford Circus)

Are you an ambitious finance professional with a passion for accuracy, insightful reporting, and partnering with the business? We’re looking for a Management Accountant to join our collaborative and fast‑paced finance team at The Big Table Group.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of key financial processes, develop across multiple areas of month‑end, and play a vital role in driving continuous improvement across one of the UK’s largest and most diverse hospitality groups.

What you’ll be doing

• Own key areas of month-end reporting (e.g. Sales, COS, Labour, Costs, Capex, Overheads).  
• Produce accurate balance sheet reconciliations
• Lead budgeting & forecasting for your area
• Partner with non‑finance stakeholders to support decision‑making
• Deliver clear analysis and insight
•  Support year‑end and external audit
• Improve processes, reporting accuracy and controls

What you’ll bring

• Part‑qualified or fully‑qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent)
• Strong commercial mindset and business acumen
• Experience in month‑end and year‑end reporting
• Excellent data interpretation skills, with the confidence to explain financial information to non‑finance colleagues
• Experience in multi‑site businesses (desirable)
• Budgeting and/or business partnering experience (preferred)
• Strong systems knowledge – CODA or similar
• A proactive approach, with a desire to improve processes and deliver high‑quality work
