Job Title: Brand Director - (Portfolio of Brands)

Location – London (Hybrid)
 – Support Office near Oxford Circus (2–3 days per week)
Salary: To be discussed
Fixed Term: Maternity Cover – 12 months

The Big Table Group is home to over 200 restaurants across iconic brands including Las Iguanas, Bella Italia, Amalfi, Frankie & Benny’s, Chiquito and Banana Tree — and we’re continuing to grow.

We’re on the lookout for a Brand Director to join our team!

This is a senior, high-impact role for someone who lives and breathes a portfolio of brands. You’ll be responsible for shaping the direction of a few of our brands, driving long-term growth, and ensuring it shows up consistently and brilliantly across every guest touchpoint.
You’ll be both strategic and hands-on, working across multiple teams to bring big ideas to life while making sure everything aligns with the brand vision and delivers commercially.

What You’ll Be Doing

As Brand Director, you’ll lead the strategy and direction of a few of our brands, ensuring they deliver against their growth ambitions and stand out in a competitive market.

  • Develop and deliver long-term brand strategies to drive growth and guest engagement
  • Create impactful brand campaigns and communications plans for key audiences
  • Be the guardian of a few of our brands, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints
  • Work closely with Digital, Performance Marketing and PR teams to bring campaigns to life
  • Collaborate with Operations and Food teams to ensure the guest experience matches the brand promise
  • Lead brand partnerships and identify new opportunities to grow awareness and relevance
  • Use insight and data to track performance and continuously improve brand output
  • Align closely with the Trading Manager to ensure tactical activity supports brand positioning
  • Regularly visit restaurants to stay connected to the guest and team experience
