The AM Front Office Agent is the "morning face" of the hotel. This role is fast-paced and critical, focusing heavily on processing guest departures (check-outs), managing the transition from the Night Audit shift, and preparing the hotel for the day's arrivals. You are responsible for ensuring that the guest’s final impression of their stay is as seamless and positive as their first.
