Head Chef - New Opening

We’re opening a brand-new restaurant, and we need a Head Chef to lead our Kitchen Team as Bill's get ready for Lakeside Shopping Centre in March 2027.

As a Head Chef at Bill’s, we ask that you help us to deliver this aim by;

• Taking the lead. Bring your hospitality know-how and lead the team on every shift, setting a great example and keeping standards high
• Guide the team. Develop your people, keep them happy and help them grow in the kitchen, we will build a team that is ready to deliver in a busy restaurant.
• Care about the business. Bring commercial savviness and look after the food, the numbers and the day-to-day running of the Kitchen
