Billy-Bob’s is hiring, and this is not your average job! 

Our authentic American diner is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic reservationist to join the team. 

A great experience in one of our fantastic authentic diners could start with you! You will be the first friendly interaction regarding a visit to Billy Bob's Parlour, whether that is a delicious meal in our American diner, a visit to our award winning play or booking one of our awesome birthday spaces.

You will be working daytime hours in our offices based at Myerscough and Skipton to help us ensure we deliver an outstanding level of service to our customers and to other internal team departments. 

For this role we will consider both part time applicants and full time applicants (24-40 hours per week).

Key responsibilities

• Fully understand and be able to communicate effectively our promotions, processes and FAQ's.
• Enthusiastically engage with customers and adapt a tone to suit each situation.
• Show initiative when you don't know something by confidently seeking answers and maintaining the customers trust.
• You’ll be on the phones taking bookings, answering questions and tapping out emails direct to our diners, plus, there’s a whole bunch of simple admin jobs to keep you bustling along, such as inputting invoices and data.

Location:

After an initial training period at our Skipton branch you should also be able to commute to our Myerscough branch so a location central to both branches would be beneficial. You will be compensated for travel to the furthest branch from your home.
