We’re looking for a dedicated Excellence Manager to support the delivery of high-quality patient transition care, drive service excellence, and help lead our Birmingham team. This role is vital to maintaining regulatory compliance, championing our company values, and motivating a team that truly makes a difference.
As an Excellence Manager, you will:
Be an ambassador for quality patient care, integrity, and professionalism.
Monitor and maintain high standards of health & safety and care delivery.
Support and coach staff, nurture a learning culture, and promote continual improvement.
Lead performance reviews, disciplinary meetings, and development planning.
Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and company values across the board.
Oversee rota management and crew productivity, maintaining high levels of care and efficiency.
Act as vehicle custodian and ensure all vehicle standards and stock levels are maintained.
Collaborate with internal teams, regulatory bodies, and external partners.
Respond positively to change and support new company initiatives.
Provide on-call management support and work across multiple sites if needed.
Be the “go to” contact for logistics, team communication, and operational updates.
Lead recruitment, induction, and team development processes.
Take ownership of KPIs and business objectives.

A full UK manual driving licence
Willingness to travel across sites and participate in out-of-hours support

Due to the nature of our work, flexibility is essential. Shifts may overrun or vary depending on patient needs.
Overtime is paid at £22 p/h, with enhanced pay (£1.20 p/h) for work involving Place of Safety and Bed Watch.
Additional shift enhancements of £1.75 p/h may apply for call-ins or extra shifts.
