Founded by Nisha Katona in 2014, Mowgli has continued its growth and aspires for the restaurant chain to become the national voice for Indian Street Food, enriching lives wherever she goes.


 In a Sous Chef, we are looking for:

  • A huge appetite for progression and the ambition to be our next Head Chef. We have bespoke leadership courses built for our Sous’ – We are a growing company, we want you to grow with us.
  • A keen eye for detail from prep to pass displaying impeccable standards and consistency,
  • Confidence in leading a team and thrive in fast-paced service.
