Housekeeping Team Members in our team maintain the highest standards of cleanliness of our hotel bedrooms and bathrooms and other public areas. They are instrumental in creating a comfortable stay for each of our guests. 

• Consistently achieve the required standards of cleanliness presentation and care in all guest rooms and public areas
• Develop a positive relationship with all guests, colleagues, and visitors
• Ensure the correct level of security for all guest belongings is achieved
• Ensure the guest rooms are stocked and maintained to the required standard
• Ensure your uniform provided is kept clean, presentable and in good condition
• Report any maintenance and IT issues correctly
