We’re on the lookout for an ambitious Sales and Events Manager to join our vibrant team — covering three of our key sites in Nottingham, Leicester, and Derby.
At the heart of everything we do is genuine hospitality — delivering personalised service, locally inspired experiences, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
We need a creative, results-driven leader who can bring our brand to life, connect with local communities, and grow our reach across the region.
The Role:
This is a hands-on role blending strategic marketing flair with operational excellence. You’ll drive customer loyalty, boost brand awareness, and maximise revenue — working closely with the General Manager, Marketing Team, and restaurant teams to deliver consistent brand experiences and exceptional service every time.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive local marketing plan for both the Bar and Restaurant in each of the sites.
Manage budgets, liaise with local suppliers, and make decisions on promotions, events, and partnerships in line with business objectives.
Identify key customer segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
Track and report on ROI for marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Manage and grow social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) with engaging, brand-aligned content.
Oversee Google My Business, TripAdvisor, and other review platforms.
Brand & Community Engagement
Develop local partnerships (e.g. tourism boards, local businesses, events, influencers).
Organise and promote in-house events, seasonal promotions, and community initiatives.
Work alongside the general manager and central marketing team to maintain brand consistency and push wider brand initiatives.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands.
Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
Strong visual and brand awareness
Self-starter with a creative mindset and a love for food, hospitality, and community.
We also like to take care of our employees, and their wellbeing; therefore, we offer competitive benefits including:
Treat your friends and family to an unlimited 50% discount off our food at any of our Bistrots
Sign up to the financial wellbeing platform Wagestream, which lets you track your earnings, access your wages before payday, set up savings and provides a financial health score checker
Discounted room rates at our two hotels
Discounted selected dishes on shift, and wines at cost price
We take well-being seriously, so you’ll have access to our 24/7 employee assistance programme
Fantastic staff nights out and on-shift daily and monthly incentives
Annual company rewards – get the chance to win holiday vouchers for you and your loved ones
Take part in our Future Leaders course, where you can experience bespoke career development
Length of service awards
