What will the role of Designate General Manager involve?

-         Managing & supporting restaurants until fully trained and placed at a specific Bistrot

-         Manage costs and meet forecasts set out in the budget

-         Cultivate a positive working culture and environment

This is the perfect role for an experienced Deputy Manager or a new General Manager looking to develop their skill set! The candidate must be flexible to cover in Bistrots within the North West of England.
