Chef de Partie

We are looking for a chef de partie to join our small kitchen team.   You should enjoy working in a fast-paced kitchen. Our aim would be to train you to work all sections in the kitchen one by one.  

Bistrotheque opened 17 years ago and was inspired by the humble French Bistro. We are located between Bethnal Green and Hackney, in a two-storey unmarked warehouse. Over time, we’ve built a loyal following of stylish East Londoners who appreciate quality and consistency. The team is small and friendly and we believe in mutual respect. 

E2, very close to Cambridge Heath Overground and a short walk to Bethnal Green Underground.

At least 1-year of experience in a quality/volume kitchen.  We are drawn to those who are team players and able to work within a framework with sufficient flexibility to cope with the unexpected.
