Description
The Role
  • The Brunch Runner job supports the restaurant waiter team during daytime weekend services. It can be physically demanding and involves tray carrying, glass washing, polishing, table relaying, a bit of WC tidying. No experience is necessary and an ideal stepping stone on the way to being a waiter. 
Prospects
  • From runner, it is possible to progress into waiter, bartender or chef — which we are keen to encourage
Details
  • Earning potential £11.50 per hour
  • Saturday & Sunday brunch
  • E2, very close to Cambridge Heath overground and a short walk to Bethnal Green tube
About Bistrotheque
Bistrotheque opened 17 years ago and was inspired by the humble French Bistro. We are located between Bethnal Green and Hackney, in a two-storey unmarked warehouse. Over time, we’ve built a loyal following of stylish East Londoners who appreciate quality and consistency. The team is small and friendly and we believe in mutual respect.
