The Role
- Bistrotheque is looking to recruit a Head Waiter to work the same weekend brunch shifts each week. You'll be working under the restaurant manager but expected to manage and control your section solo and inspire the junior team. We offer a structured environment for a restaurant professional to step into + deliver great service + earn good money.
Details
- Earning potential £20 per hour
- Thursday to Sunday, 35 to 40 hours (potential for extra hours but no obligation)
- E2, very close to Cambridge Heath overground and a short walk to Bethnal Green tube
- 6 weeks holiday, 4 of which are to be taken in August each year

Bistrotheque opened 17 years ago and was inspired by the humble French Bistro. We are located between Bethnal Green and Hackney, in a two-storey unmarked warehouse. Over time, we’ve built a loyal following of stylish East Londoners who appreciate quality and consistency. The team is small and friendly and we believe in mutual respect.
