Job description
The Role
  • Bistrotheque is looking to recruit full-time and part-time waiters to work event shifts both at Bistrotheque in Bethnal Green and in Central London. You'll be expected to work as part of a team delivering a wide variety of events.  We offer a structured environment for a restaurant professional to step into + deliver great service + earn good money.
Details
  • Earning potential up £17 per hour (inc. tronc)
  • Ad hoc shifts according to event needs
  • 30 days paid holidays (basic and tronc)
  • Refer a friend bonus from day one
  • Wagestream for early access to your pay as you earn it
  • 30% off in the restaurant when you dine with friends
  • We offer funded training in Food Safety and Health & Safety to Level 3, WSET Wine Training.

About Bistrotheque
Bistrotheque opened in 2004 and was inspired by the humble French Bistro. We are located between Bethnal Green and Hackney, in a two-storey unmarked warehouse. Over time, we’ve built a loyal following of stylish East Londoners who appreciate quality and consistency. The team is small and friendly and we believe in mutual respect.

Common sense, enthusiasm, an appetite to progress, well-presented and you enjoy working in a team.  
Capable of following a structured order of service.
