ABOUT US
We’re looking for a skilled Sous Chef to join our small team at Bistrotheque. We are an independent modern brasserie in Bethnal Green, established in 2004. We open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday with last orders at 22:00 and Brunch Saturday and Sunday. We also run an events business based at both Bistrotheque and at the Institute of Contemporary Art (ICA) on The Mall.
ABOUT YOU
You’ll be preparing and delivering quality food for a restaurant that has built a reputation over the last twenty years and for our events business. This role offers competitive pay and the opportunity to work as part of a small dedicated team in an open-plan kitchen at Bistrotheque and other event locations in central London.
