Description

The Partnerships Manager is responsible for growing visitor numbers through strategic partnerships, referral networks and third-party relationships.

This role creates commercial opportunities by building relationships with accommodation providers, tourism businesses, holiday parks, campsites and local partners who can introduce new visitors to both attractions.

The role is responsible for creating a network of partners who actively recommend and promote the attractions, delivering measurable visitor growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Development

  • Build and manage relationships with holiday parks, campsites, hotels, accommodation providers and tourism businesses.
  • Develop referral partnerships that generate incremental visitor numbers.
  • Create partnership packages and promotional opportunities.
  • Maintain regular contact with partners to maximise performance.

Tourism & Local Partnerships

  • Manage relationships with tourism organisations and visitor networks.
  • Develop collaborations with relevant local and regional businesses.
  • Identify new opportunities to increase attraction visibility.

Distribution Channels

  • Manage leaflet distribution opportunities.
  • Develop relationships with visitor information points.
  • Monitor and improve third-party referral channels.
  • Manage OTA relationships and performance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve visitor conversion through partners.

Commercial Performance

  • Deliver agreed partnership visitor targets.
  • Track visitor referrals and revenue contribution.
  • Maintain accurate partnership records and reporting.
