ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER SALARY: £49k based on 48hr week

YOUR ROLE AS AN ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

We’re looking for an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager with a genuine love for hospitality and strong leadership skills to join us at Blacklock. Someone who is people-focused, leads from the floor, and takes real pride in creating brilliant experiences for both our guests and the team.

Working closely with your Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key role in running the day-to-day operation - from setting the tone on the floor and supporting your team, to keeping a close eye on standards, service, and performance. You’ll help create a positive, well-organised environment where everyone knows what good looks like and feels supported to deliver it.

You’ll also be confident taking ownership; stepping up to lead shifts, making decisions in the moment, and ensuring the restaurant is a safe, welcoming and well-run space at all times.
