YOUR ROLE:
The Stock & Cost Manager sits at the intersection of Finance, Operations and Procurement, and is responsible for the management and maintenance of Blacklock's core operational and stock systems across the group. The role ensures that what happens in our restaurants is accurately reflected in our systems - and that our data can be relied upon to support commercial decision-making. The role centres on ownership of Procure Wizard, hands-on support to restaurant teams on stock processes, and the maintenance of our EPOS and wider operational systems. You will ensure our systems are accurate, well-structured and consistently maintained, enabling strong stock control, reliable reporting and smooth day-to-day operations. The role reports directly to the Finance Director.
