We are seeking an experienced Housekeeper / Supervisor to join our friendly, hardworking team.  Responsible for cleaning and checking guest rooms some public areas and managing and training other members of the team. With 64 bedrooms, 2 sitting rooms, a bar, restaurant, games room, swimming pool, steam and sauna room and mini gym, the successful candidate will enjoy working as part of a busy team keeping the presentation of the hotel at the highest standard. 

Role of the Housekeeper / Supervisor:

·         Cleaning and servicing guest bedrooms and allocated public areas .

·         Maintaining a friendly polite and courteous attitude to guests and colleagues.

·         Keeping clear records of linen quantities taken from/to each room.

·         Reporting faults / defects in rooms.

·         Assisting in on the job training of new recruits.

 Experience / Skills of the Housekeeper / Supervisor:

·         Experience essential 

·         Ability to work alone and as part of a team, and assisting in on the job training.

·         Attention to detail essential

·         Time management - ability to work to a timescale

 Working Hours:

Part-time approx. 30-35 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 (including weekends) approximately 9:00am to 3:30pm. less or more hours/days considered. 28 days holiday (pro rata) inc bank holidays.
